Up to seven control outputs (depending on the mode) are available, selectable from relay contact, voltage pulse, triac (for position proportional output), current, continuous voltage, and transmitter power (24 Vdc).

with Multi-Input Computation Function
The SDC45V is a highly advanced, high-precision compact digital indicating controller. A dual-input computation function can be used for each input and output processing unit, allowing sensor input changeover, control based on the average of 2 PV values, control output changeover, feed-forward control, override control, etc.
The SDC46V is a highly advanced, high-precision compact digital indicating controller. A dual-input computation function can be used for each input and output processing unit, allowing sensor input changeover, control based on the average of 2 PV values, control output changeover, feed-forward control, override control, etc.
High Accuracy Model
The SDC45R is the high-accuracy model of the SDC45 line of digital indicating controllers. The SDC45R supports 4-wire Pt RTD input, enabling high-accuracy and high-resolution temperature measurement. The SDC45R meets the requirements for HVAC and high-accuracy chiller control in semiconductor and flat panel display manufacturing equipment and utilities.
The SDC46R is the high-accuracy model of the SDC46 line of digital indicating controllers. The SDC46R supports 4-wire Pt RTD input, enabling high-accuracy and high-resolution temperature measurement. The SDC46R meets the requirements for HVAC and high-accuracy chiller control in semiconductor and flat panel display manufacturing equipment and utilities.
Distributed Multi-Channel Controller
The DMC10S is a modular 2- or 4-channel compact digital controller. Input is full multiple, supporting thermocouple, RTD, DC voltage and DC current inputs.
Connectors are used to link modules, so wiring for communications and power is not required. “Quick-FITTER Control”, a high-speed recovery control function is provided as standard. This function enables quick recovery of setpoint temperature and overshoot suppression at the occurrence of disturbances.

The DMC10D is a modular 2- or 4-channel advanced-function digital controller. Input is full multiple, supporting thermocouple, RTD, DC voltage and DC current inputs.
Features include high accuracy (±0.3% FS), 0.1°C measurement for thermocouple input, heat/cool control, remote set point (SP) control and inter-channel deviation control for added stability.
The DMC10E is an event output module that adds event outputs for DMC10 series modular controllers. One event output module can be added to a group of connected modules.

Compact Operation Unit
The SDU10 is a compact operation display unit for the Modular Controller DMC10.
The SDU10 can be used as a monitor/operation device especially for on-site use in addition to use as a communications device with a personal computer, touch panel or other host device.
A “recipe” function enables DMC setup parameters (SP, P, I, D, etc.) that differ according to product lot to be stored internally on the SDU10 so that they can be batch changed by key operation, external switch input or remote communications.

The DCP31 is an advanced-function programmable controller supporting up to 19 program patterns to which thermocouple, resistance temperature detector (RTD), DC voltage and DC currents can be applied as input signals.

A temperature and relative humidity calculation model which controls temperature and relative humidity is also available.
The DCP32 supports extensive digital I/O functions including 3 event outputs, 5 time events (optional) and 12 external switch inputs (8 optional). RS-485 communications and two auxiliary outputs can also be added on as options.

Insertion-Type Pt Resistance Temperature Detectors
The SPC621A/B are insertion-type temperature sensors with a JIS Pt100 or JPt100 element, housed in a stainless steel protection well.

FINEDEW™ Desktop Chilled Mirror Hygrometer
The FINEDEW™ FDW10 is innovative not only in its miniature size, but also in its ability to be directly inserted into the measurement environment. The sensor unit consists of the sensor probe, relay box and relay cable. There are two kinds of sensor probe. The S type probe is designed to be the world’s smallest. The L type probe is made for extra low dew point measurement.
The controller has two analog output options: voltage signal and current signal. Handle models and panel mount models are available.
Relative Humidity and Temperature Detectors

Simple Process Explosion-Proof Pressure Sensor
The SPS40E is used to measure gauge pressure and compound pressure. A semiconductor pressure sensor is used as the pressure-sensing unit.
Features include compact size, light weight, high accuracy and high reliability. The structure meets with the safety requirements of special explosion-proof and general explosion-proof devices (Exdo II BT4X).
Intelligent Pressure Sensor/Switch
The SPS300A/B high-accuracy and high-function digital pressure detectors have a liquid-filled dual diaphragm (SUS316L) and a semiconductor-based pressure detection element incorporated into the pressure detection unit, used for gauge pressure measurement.
The SPS300A employs electric current and relay contact outputs, whereas the SPS300B offers two-stage relay contact (independent) outputs.

Analog Output Laser Edge Measurement
The L404F senses pressure changes and activates internal switch, resulting in ON/OFF action of an electric circuit.
The controller makes and breaks the connection to solenoid valves or electric motor valves, and is used for pressure control involving fluids, air or steam. It is also used as a limit control or alarm switch.

The C6097A gas pressure switch is used to detect the pressure of city gas, natural gas, LP gas, air, etc.
The switch performs ON/OFF control of an external electrical circuit in accordance with the set point. This switch has a wide range of uses, such as detecting the upper or lower limit pressure of gas or air to be supplied to a gas combustion system, or detecting a clogged interlock filter on a burner blower.

The CMG is a flowmeter designed to measure the fuel flow to a gas burner. Its sensing element is the Micro Flow sensor chip, a MEMS thermal massflow sensor.

Its fast 5ms response is designed for detection in high-speed pickup applications, and its operation is not affected by fluctuations in suction pressure because of its mass-flow measurement principle.
