4 Motion Compact
Semiautomatic revolving table system with 4 positions (loading, centring, engraving, discharge) with an integrated laser system.
4 MOTION has got 4 positions with specific self-centering collets for the buttons hold (10 -120 lineage), round objects and costume jewellery articles. It is easy and speedy to use, ideal for small and medium quantity, and it can
be equipped with laser CO2 or YAG. The Touchscreen interface allows checking the machine and gives useful information concerning the productivity and the working times.
In combining it is possible to have the vision system EAGLE which allows the centring of the pieces.

Polo 1 Evo
POLO1 EVO is a specific equipment for marking the face and the edge of buttons. The machine is entirely run by PLC program.
The PLC runs different devices: the feeding disk, the blow for the photocell, the button’s outflow, the rotation speed of the turret, the turbo, the collet swap and the edge marking unit. The head moves thanks to a rotating table with desmodromic control with a double roller that avoid any loose. An inverter switches on the engine.
POLO 1 EVO is furnished with a feeder plate whose tilt might be easily regulated, in order to any client’s need.
Besides the traditional front-lit system, the machine is provided with a back-lit system in order to solve any processing problem and to make easy to work on the button. The vision system is the well known and very appreciated EAGLE VISION SYSTEM.
The peculiar shape of the machine makes easy to drop out the “no good” buttons before they reach the marking position. This is an useful feature in order not to have to make the selection when the engraving process is finally ended. The collets guarantee a perfect and long lasting centering of the button, both during the engraving of the face and of the edge.

POLIBERG is a device for polygonal turning. It is entirely electronic and doesn’t need any belt. The motion can be in the same or in the contrary direction, to this purpose the unit doesn’t need any mechanical change.
POLIBERG unit is easy to use, so it is not necessary a qualified technician. Furthermore, it is very versatile and it is possible to change shapes quickly.
For this reason, POLIBERG is the perfect device to realize samples or small productions. It is possible to use POLIBERG unit on every existing button machine.
It is an accessory deliberately studied in order to make the engraving on the edge of the button.
This device must be installed directly on the buttons machines with one head. It is possible to orientate the engravings basing on the holes’ position captured by the Eagle vision system. In this way the engraving on the edge is made and it is in phase compared to the button holes.
The FEELER unit is a profile detector. This device has a great benefit: it is very easy to use and very precise, indeed it is possible with it to detect the profiles with the highest precision.
An USB receptacle is used for data transfer, so, of course, FEELER unit can be connected to any PC.
